Michael DeWolfe, MD
Michael DeWolfe, MD is a Board-Certified Plastic and Reconstructive surgeon who completed residency training and a microvascular surgery fellowship at the University of Chicago Hospitals. Dr. DeWolfe earned his medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina where he was president of the Alpha Omega Honor Society and received salutatorian honors.
With eight years of advanced surgical training and over 10 years in practice, Dr. DeWolfe focuses on cosmetic surgery as well as reconstructive surgery of the head, neck, trunk, lower extremity, and breast. His comprehensive medical and aesthetic approach begins with a conversation focused on the patient’s health, function and appearance goals.

Kelly DeWolfe, APRN-BC, M.S.
Kelly DeWolfe is a board-certified acute care nurse practitioner and an advanced practice plastic and reconstructive surgery nurse. Kelly believes superior results begin with informed decision making that helps patients achieve and maintain great results.
With a career focused on plastic and reconstructive surgery, Kelly has a special interest in injectables, non-invasive aesthetic treatments and breast reconstruction. She prioritizes individualized care and is committed to helping patients attain their personal aesthetic and physical goals.
Kelly earned a bachelor of science degree in nursing from the University of Wisconsin – Madison and a master of science degree in nursing at Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She is affiliated with several Chicago area hospitals.
Heather LaGrippe, APRN-BC, MSN
Board-certified with advanced training in aesthetic procedures, Heather focuses on creating subtle results through the artful use of injectables.
Heather is well-known for her skill at refreshing her patients’ appearances with a custom mix of fillers, PRP injections and Botox treatments. She blends procedures to gracefully restore cheeks and lips, and erase signs of aging by adding undetectable filler to tear troughs, temples and jaw lines for a lifted appearance. A graduate of North Park University, she spent eight years in family medicine before moving to an aesthetic practice in 2015.
Carli Elmore, PA-C, MMS
Her medical knowledge and technical skill make Carli an exceptional partner to her patients. She spends significant time understanding their long and short-term goals, offering recommendations to achieve optimum results that also suit their lifestyle. Carli strives to help her patients achieve maximum physical confidence, whether they’re seeking breast reconstruction or considering injectables and laser treatments.
Carli is a graduate of Northwestern University, Feinberg School of Medicine’s physician assistant program and earned an undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin- Madison.
Ariana Carnalla
Ariana has more than 15 years of experience working with plastic and reconstructive surgery patients and understands the power of a welcoming atmosphere.
As Elevare MD’s practice manager, she focuses on managing details for surgical patients and aesthetic clients and is passionate about supporting them during what can be an emotional journey. Ariana is bilingual and happy to assist patients whose first language is Spanish.
Jolisa G. Soto
Jolisa assists with surgical scheduling and oversees pre-procedure approvals in her role as a patient care coordinator. A graduate of Loyola University with a degree in Healthcare Administration, Jolisa brings extensive medical office and customer service experience to Elevare MD.
Her calm, organized approach provides a smooth experience for our medical and aesthetic patients. Jolisa is bilingual and appreciates the opportunity to assist clients with their treatment needs.
Kiran James, LE
A graduate of Northern Illinois University and the G Skin Institute, Kiran is a licensed esthetician with over 6 years of experience serving patients. Her expertise includes chemical peels, microneedling, laser resurfacing, laser hair removal and many other services.
Kiran takes a tailored approach to treatments, helping patients feel confident and comfortable in their unique skin. She appreciates that Elevare MD supports its providers in spending ample time with patients to ensure their needs are met with thorough and effective services.
Jennine Lindgren, LE
Jennine is a licensed esthetician with over fourteen years of experience providing treatment in traditional and medical spas. A graduate of the College of Beauty, she delivers a wide array of services that include medical-grade facial treatments, microneedling and laser hair removal.
She is passionate about establishing long-term patient relationships based on goal-oriented treatment plans that evolve over time. Jennine understands medical esthetics are an investment and works to maximize results for her patients.
Nicole Pansera, LE
Nicole is a licensed esthetician with more than 12 years of experience who believes that what you put in your body is just as important as what you put on it when it comes to skin health.
Her specialties include chemical peel customization, micro-needling and laser resurfacing for dramatic, lasting improvement. A graduate of the University of Esthetics, Nicole particularly enjoys helping clients with acne and sun damage boost their confidence through effective treatments.
Nicole develops personalized skincare plans that help patients maintain their office results and continually improve the beauty of their skin.
Jessica Erinfolami
Jessica is an Elevare MD esthetician who extends our clinicians’ care and responds to patient needs. A graduate of the New Age Spa Institute, Jessica provides custom-blended skin care and treatment plans to address acne, scarring and aging concerns.
Her results-driven approach builds on her experience working alongside the clinical team, creating a seamless experience for patients. She is deeply knowledgeable about our treatments and applies her love of detail to every care plan.
